These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services provided via foshopetite.com (the "Site"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

4) Product Information

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour, fabric texture, or placement may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production tolerances. Sizing guides are indicative—please consult measurements and fit notes before ordering.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise and include/exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes (where applicable) are calculated at checkout or upon delivery. We may change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Pre‑order dates are estimates only and subject to change. Payment is taken at the time of pre‑order unless otherwise stated. If we cannot fulfil a pre‑order within a reasonable time, we will notify you and offer options (e.g., revised ETA, store credit, or refund). Joining a waitlist does not reserve stock.

We currently ship to EU/EEA countries only. Estimated delivery windows are provided for guidance and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other events beyond our control. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

Customs & Duties: Shipments within the EU/EEA do not incur customs duties. If we later offer delivery outside the EU/EEA, duties and taxes may apply and will be set out in an updated version of these Terms.

11) Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email). You must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.

Return shipping: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds: We will refund the price paid for the items (and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Condition of returned goods: You may handle goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (like you would in a shop). If items are used or handled beyond this, we may deduct an amount to reflect any diminished value. Trying on apparel is fine; wearing items out or removing hygiene seals where applicable is not.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal may not apply to: (a) personalised or customised goods; (b) sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery; (c) goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12) Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items

Please follow the returns instructions on our Site. Unless the item is faulty, items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached, and in original packaging where reasonably practicable. For hygiene‑sensitive products (e.g., underwear, swimwear), hygiene seals must be intact. Trying on is permitted; wearing items beyond a try‑on, removing hygiene seals, or causing damage may result in a deduction for diminished value or refusal if the item is no longer suitable for resale.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us promptly with photos and your order number. Where verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law and our commercial warranty (see Section 12A). This does not affect your statutory rights, including your two‑year legal guarantee for lack of conformity.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Fosho a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive licence to host, reproduce, modify for formatting, and communicate that content for the purpose of operating our Site, marketing our products, and improving our services. You warrant that you own or have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe third‑party rights or applicable laws. We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish User Content at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.

  • Wash dark and bright colours separately.

  • Avoid high‑heat drying to preserve fabric quality and fit.

  • Minor creasing from packaging will relax after hanging/steaming.
