What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). PayPal is also available.
Is checkout secure?
Yes—our store uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store full card details.
Can I use more than one discount code?
One code per order, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the EU only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is shown at checkout based on your address and order size. We’ll display the final price before you pay.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free EU shipping on orders over €150, otherwise a small flat rate applies.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. EU delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Will I pay customs or duties?
No—there are no customs or duties for orders delivered within the EU.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders quickly. If you need a change, email info@foshopetite.com ASAP and we’ll do our best.
My item is out of stock—what can I do?
Join the Waitlist on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s back (or when the next drop lands).
I made a mistake with my address—help!
Email us ASAP with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel has shipped, we’ll guide you on next steps with the carrier.
Sizing & Product Care
What height are your petite sizes designed for?
FOSHO Petite is designed for 145–155 cm. Check each product’s size guide for exact garment measurements.
How do I find my size?
Open the Size Guide on the product page for measurements and fit notes. If you’re between sizes, message us — happy to help.
How should I care for my pieces?
Please follow the care label. To keep fabrics looking new, we suggest gentle wash, low spin and line dry.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
How do I start a return?
Email info@foshopetite.com with your order number and item(s). We’ll share the return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service so your parcel is safe on the way back.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank).
Can I exchange an item?
Fastest way: place a new order for the size/colour you want and return the original for a refund.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items are returnable under the same conditions unless marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
What if my item is faulty?
So sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll sort a replacement or refund quickly.
