Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Fosho Petite pieces, but if something isn’t right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returns (Non-Faulty Items)
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition:
- unworn (trying on is fine)
- unwashed
- with all original tags attached
- in original packaging where reasonably possible
Items showing wear beyond a try-on, missing tags, or hygiene seals removed (where applicable) may be refused or refunded with a deduction for diminished value.
Exchanges
For the fastest experience:
- Purchase the new size/colour you want, and
- Return the original item for a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, email info@foshopetite.com as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with EU consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including your two-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@foshopetite.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Re-pack the item in its original condition with tags attached.
- Send using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
As an EU/EEA consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, email us at info@foshopetite.com with your decision.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive the goods (or acceptable proof of return), we will refund:
- the price paid for the items
- and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost
Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Condition of Goods
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop.
If the item is used beyond what is necessary to check fit or characteristics, we may apply a deduction for diminished value.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- personalised/custom items
- sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons
- goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
